Dr. Hafiz Munir Ahmed Khan
When I was nearly 15 years old and was a school student, I first time saw a startlingly good-looking person, who was standing near a beautiful mosque, smiling, embracing and meeting other people outside the mosque. I did not know you was he, but I could feel a spiritual relationship with him. I am not talking about a person who has curved lines on his face, aged between 70 or 80; of course not, I am talking about a person who has achieved many successes in his life in his very young age which is a very rare thing for other people to get.
Today, I am proudly going to introduce you Dr. Hafiz Munir Ahmed Khan. He is the grandson of Late Hazrat Dr. Gulam Mustafa (RA) who was an authentic Islamic and spiritual scholar, linguistic, educationist and the former Head of Department of Urdu at Sindh University and a companion of Allama I. I. Qazi (Founder of Sindh University).
Dr. Hafiz Munir Ahmed khan hail from a noble and honorable family, he was born in Hyderabad, Sindh in 10th October 1972. He has a remarkable memory and ability to learn and understand things quickly since his childhood. By virtue of this he had been Hafiz –ul- Quran in his early childhood, after completing HSC he did his M.A in Islamic Culture in1992 and M.A in Arabic in 1995 from University of Sindh with 1st classes respectively and completed his Ph.D. in Islamic Culture subsequently in 1998.  He is not only a great scholar and researcher, but is also a valuable religious mentor and teacher, he is now a chairperson of Department of Comparative Religion and Islamic Culture at Sindh University and also the Head of an authentic Islamic educational institution named Al- Mustafa Trust situated near Abdullah Sports City, Hyderabad, Sindh. He is also a member of Senate and Academic Council of Sindh University.

He has served as a Lecturer in Department of Arabic at Sindh University. He has also been lecturer in miscellaneous institutions such as, Allama Iqbal Open University, Hyderabad Campus and Institute of Information and Technology at Sindh University. He has attended many international, national and local seminars and conferences as a notable guest.

He is an unparalleled younger replica of his grandfather. I has always noticed this thing that when he meets someone and shakes hands, he always smiles which makes feel happy others. He is also a great humanitarian and philanthropist, he likes to help needy people quietly, many poor and orphan children are being taught in his own educational institute. He has also written many books and research articles on Islam like ‘Majma-ul-Bahrain’, ‘the Religious Activities of Hazrat Mujaddid Alif Sani’ and so on.
In short, I admit to have been failed to find words which can define his great personality, I just would like to say that he is worthy of great tribute for his service to humanity and education, he is one of those people who do not show who they really are, but the reality is that they are the hidden ocean of knowledge, wisdom, dignity and fortitude, lighting deviated people to right path, having the determination to serve mankind till the last breath of life.
